Bullfrog Spas & Hot Tubs in El Dorado Hills, CA
I happen to pass by this place and stopped in and checked them out. I was greeted by super friendly staff and was eager to answer all my questions I had, they seem super knowledgeable. They have a good selection of bull frog spas as well as chemicals and testing products to maintain my spa. They can even test your water for you onsite to help you balance out your spa.
Chris at NorCal Spas was amazing to work with from start to finish! He provided all the detailed information I requested upfront without any pressure to buy a spa from him and ultimately his pricing was far better than anywhere else. His communication was excellent throughout the build and pre delivery process and when it came time for delivery his team were total professionals as they navigated a tricky installation with no problem. I would highly recommend NorCal Spas to anyone looking for a spa and my Bullfrog Stil7 is awesome!
10/10 experience with Chris (owner). Very down to earth and easy to speak with - did not give off "used car salesman vibes." He was straightforward, very knowledgeable, and honest about what we needed. From the time we put down the deposit to when we finally received the tub, Chris kept us in the loop with updates via text/phone. Our delivery (with a crane) went very smoothly as well! He offers the best prices in the area on Bullfrog Spas (we did our homework)! We also liked that NorCal Spas has their own service department for repairs, issues, etc. We love our A8 and could not be happier both with the spa and dealer we chose. Thanks Chris and Team!
So nice to have a local store on the area. Came in the store with a few issues and the owner helped resolve them quickly and was very helpful. Great customer service and highly recommend this store!
Great service. I love my Bullfrog Spa. I’ve never had anything like it in my life. The crew at NorCal Spas went above and beyond.
Great overall experience. The process was smooth, and service was great.. The hot tub has been working well and makes a nice addition to our home. Happy with my purchase.
